Do I need to be registered to make a purchase in the store?

You don't need to be registered, you will provide all the data when finalizing your order.

How can I change my data?

It is enough that, being logged in, you enter the "My account" tab.

How to make a complaint?

Write to us at contact@deusdesign.org, describe the product defect and provide your order number. The complaint will be processed in 14 working days (although we usually respond faster šŸ˜‰ ).

How to make a return?

In accordanceĀ with Polish and EU law, we offerĀ full refund to our customers who, within 14 days of receivingĀ their goods, decide to cancel the purchase.Ā 

In order to receiveĀ refund, contact us via e-mail: contact@deusdesign.org and provide your order ID or other data, that will allow us to confirm your identity as a customer. We will contact you back with confirmationĀ and within another 14 days you will receiveĀ your funds back. You do not have to provide a reason.Ā 

Is it possible to exchange the goods ?

No, we do not do size exchanges. Please return purchased product and buy a new one.

How can you cancel your order?

Write to: kontakt@deusdesign.pl. We will be pleased if you give reasons for cancellation, if they are due to your dissatisfaction with our offer šŸ™‚

How to check the status of your order?

You can check your order status by being logged in under "My Account" > "Orders".

Can I modify my order?

Once you have placed an order, this is not possibleĀ to modify it. Please cancel your order, you will receive refund and place a new order.


Can I receive a VAT invoice?

After placing your order, write to kontakt@deusdesign.pl. Provide your username and order number (available in "My Account" > "Orders") and company details for invoice. If you are interested in cooperation, purchasing bulk quantity or products with your own imprint (we can design it), please contact us at contact@deusdesign.org


Is it possible to pay on delivery?

No, we do not process orders with payment on delivery.

What are the shipping options and shipping time?

Shipping options, time and costs depend on your location and order size. After adding your products to cart, you will be informed about all shipping options.


How are the products packed?

We pack the mugs in a styrofoam package to best protect them during transport, the posters in a cardboard tube, and the clothes in foil shirts.

What should I do if I have received a defective/wrong product?

Contact us via contact@deusdesign.org, describe the situationĀ and provide your order number and photo proof of our error. You will be refunded, or we will send you the right products.
